Jamaica Blue Mountain - Clifton Mount

Jamaica Blue Mountain is one of the most celebrated and protected coffee designations in the world, and for good reason. The combination of rich volcanic soil, near-constant cloud cover, high rainfall, and cool mountain air creates a growing environment that is almost impossible to replicate elsewhere. Cherries develop slowly at altitude, building a flavour complexity and balance that has made Blue Mountain coffee legendary, particularly in Japan and the UK where it has been prized for generations.

Clifton Mount Estate sits at 1,524 metres on the eastern slope of Catherine's Peak in the Newcastle region of St. Andrew, and has been owned and operated by the Sharp family since 1977. Every step of production is handled on site, from picking through processing, giving the estate complete control over quality from start to finish.
