If the items in your order which qualify for 'Free Shipping' total $59 or more, your order ships FREE*! 

Free shipping is limited to Canadian provinces excluding Northwest Territories, Yukon & Nunavut. 

Remote locations: Java Works Coffee reserves the right to cancel and/or refund an order, if the shipping destination of the order is considered a remote location within the provinces where free shipping applies.
 
PO BOXES:  Java Works Coffee reserves the right to cancel and/or refund an order if the shipping destination is a PO Box #.  We are unable to ship to a PO Box when shipping with FEDEX. 

The $59 order value is the value of the order prior to any and all sales taxes and after any discounts. This is a limited time offer.
 
SENDING YOUR PURCHASE AS A GIFT TO SOMEONE?
 

If your order is being shipped to a different address from your billing address, we may ask to confirm the "ship-to" location before the order can be processed. 

PACKAGE PROTECTION (CHECKOUT+)

Package Protection is an optional add-on you can select at checkout through Checkout+. If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, file a claim through our claims portal HERE and our team will manage it for you. Once approved, you'll receive a replacement at no extra cost, or a refund if the item is out of stock. Claims should be filed within 30 days of delivery.

Package Protection must be selected at checkout. It is non-refundable, cannot be added after an order is placed, and will not be included in any refund amount. It covers issues that happen while your order is in transit to you and does not cover the cost of return shipping. Orders placed without Checkout+ are not covered against loss, theft, or damage in transit.

RETURNS OF BREWING EQUIPMENT AND HARDWARE ITEMS

Please call our customer service center at 1-905-624-3321 for a return authorization before returning your brewing equipment and or any other hardware items. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept or process any returns without an authorization. Items may be returned for a refund provided that:
  • The item is returned within 15 days from date of delivery
  • A copy of the original sales receipt and proof of payment is presented
  • The merchandise has not been used and is returned in the original package along with all packaging materials, accessories and manuals
  • The product has not been damaged in any way
  • The item may be defective from the manufacturer*
In the event of the item being "defective" from the manufacturer, Java Works Coffee will contact the manufacturer and obtain return instructions from the manufacturer.
 
Items that have been opened, used, and do not have the original packaging will not be accepted.
 
The item(s) are to be returned to Java Works Coffee head office at 1260 Martin Grove Road, Toronto, Ontario - M9W 4X3 by the purchaser and at the purchaser's expense. It is advisable that if the items are being returned by a courier service, then insurance coverage is to be added to your shipment since the item(s) is officially the property of the purchaser.
Java Works Coffee reserves the right to charge a 10% restocking fee. The cost of the original shipping amount will be deducted from the return amount even if your purchase had qualified for free shipping.
 
Please allow up to 10 days, for your return item to be inspected and for your refund to be processed.
