The beans are dark and slightly oily. I ground them with flat burrs slightly coarser them filter drip and brewed pourover with a Hario V60 Switch. Even after resting for 10 days this bean outgassed like crazy. The flavour did suggest \"earthy\", \"spicey\" and \"sweet\" to me, but not really \"floral\".
