To make a change to your online order, please call us at 1.888.7.COFFEE during regular business hours. (8AM-5PM EST, Mon-Fri).

After you receive your email confirmation, you will receive a shipping notice once your package leaves our building. That email will have a tracking link embdedded in it. If you did not receive a confirmation email or a shipping email, please see the next FAQ question.

All completed online orders are confirmed via email. If you have not received an email with your order confirmation, we ask that you check your spam folder before contacting us. If you still cannot find your email, call us at 1.888.7.COFFEE for further assistance.
