Sa faible acidité en fait une tasse extrêmement équilibrée. Torréfaction foncée et arrondie avec un côté fumé et des saveurs intenses et audacieuses de caramel profond et de chocolat rustique.

Spicy Smoked Sausage

I didn't think it was that bad, but my wife hated this one. She said it smelled and tasted like spicy smoked sausage - not something she wants her coffee to taste and smell like. I generally prefer the darker roasts, and though I didn't hate this one, I think I've decided that I don't really like the "spicy" taste in my coffee either.

I look forward to this blend when I crave a darker fuller flavoured drink. Great with half and half cream!

Excellent dark roast

Very happy with the Sumatra dark roast. Full bodied and not bitter. Very fresh coffee.
