La forte influence du sol volcanique de la Vallée Centrale combinée au climat sec du Pacifique et à deux saisons bien distinctes au cours de l'année permettent le parfait développement des cerises de café dans cette région. Il s'agit d'un café soyeux et doux, de corps moyen, riche saveur avec un arôme très intense. L'acidité est vive, vive et vibrante, mais pas écrasante, permettant une tasse très équilibrée.

Very good coffee. Very rich strong flavour. Must be because it's grown in paradise!

Smooth and Not Overpowering

This is a great coffee to have in the afternoon with a sweet treat. It's medium strength along with a baked goodie helps to get one over the afternoon slump.
