I love these beans for an americano or a long black
I got this flavour when it came out because a friend of mine loves pistachio. I'll admit when I first tasted it I felt like the flavor was not quite there, but when my friend had it he absolutely loved it so I knew it had to be good.
Had I done this review after my first cup it would have been lower rated, but after brewing several more pots I noticed that getting the best out of this coffee means not mixing it with other foods that will mask the pistachio taste. Its really a coffee for sipping in the afternoon with maybe some chocolate to compliment the nutty flavor. I would definitely get it again!
We love hazelnut coffee but generally, its always vanilla hazelnut. I was really excited when this flavour came out because chocolate hazelnut spread is a staple at our house.
In the drip coffee maker, the scent it gives off is particularly hazelnut and its more pronounced than the chocolate in taste as well. This is in contrast to vanilla hazelnut where I find the vanilla is always overpowering.
What results is that you get a nice nutty flavor but with a subtle taste of creamy chocolate as well. This flavour makes the coffee taste medium to light. It will definitely be a repeat purchase for us!
When we saw the coconut macaron flavor we just HAD to try it! My wife is obsessed with coconuts macarons and we get them often so we wanted to see how it would compare.
In the drip coffee maker, it gives off a really pleasant aroma that isn't too overbearing but definitely smells like coconut. The coffee isn't too strong and with a bit of cream is perfect for us. In your mouth, the coconut taste is subtle but it definitely gives off a "nutty" note.
Notes of almond and chocolate are both present in this amazing coffee blend. We take time off of it to keep it exciting, but are always thrilled when we order it again.
