Coffee for Coffee Elitists

Honduras Rio Olancho Arturo Colindres is a deep, complex coffee that's on the darker side. I would recommend this to someone who prefers French and Italian Roasts. As an aeropress user, I prefer brewing this coffee for a shorter time, and using colder water than usual (I recommend 70-77c) as it's a little too dark, rich and bold for me. This is a coffee that can easily be over-extracted in my opinion so I have to brew this carefully. If you like breakfast blends, this is probably not what you're looking for. That being said, I think the coffee in itself is excellent but it's not something I'd drink all the time due to it's intensity. If that sounds like something you look for in a coffee, look no further and buy yourself a bag! You will not be disappointed!

Nice java

First of the small batch beans I've tried. Gentle, pleasing bitterness.
