Nestled in the Cerrado Mineiro region of Brazil sits Fazenda Cachoeira. A family owned and operated farm that has been in the Barbosa family for generations. It is here that Danilo Barbosa and his sons Vitor Marcelo and Sergio Ricardo produce this lovely Yellow Catuai.
The region is unique in that it has lighter temperatures and a much less humid dry season than the rest of the country. These factors contribute to the terroir of this naturally processed Arabica.
The flavour is exceptional and balanced. And the parchment left on the beans during the natural processing impart juicy acidic notes on the final cup.
