This lovely Burundi comes from the Rotheca Womens Farm in Kirundo Province. Grown at 1700 m.A.S.L it boasts juicy acidity and fruit forward flavours. What separates this coffee from traditional African beans is that it is fermented. Leaving the cherry skin on the coffee bean for a period of time lets the flesh ferment, which imparts fruitier flavours on the bean.
Preparation: 14 hour fermenation
